I will be leaving for Haiti with a group of 35 medical professionals, military personnel, and other experts in various fields with skill sets of benefit to the haitian people. The goal of this group is to bring medical supplies and nonperishable foods to Haiti, distribute them as needed and use them to help aid the Haitian people in their desperate time of need. We will be working closely with the U.S Navy, local Haitian hospitals, and international non-profit organizations already on the ground there. I have already received a few donations to go towards these supplies but am still working towards the goal of $1500. I know that with your support and generosity our mission will be successful. With the hard work and determination of the people working on the ground in Haiti, and the influx of good will from the world at large I am confident that the Haitian people will be able to rebuild and resume their lives they once led. Once again, thank you very much for your support.
