More details
Operation Wildlife Comeback helps war widows in the Congo, who are the majority hunters and poachers of gorillas and other endangered animals because they don't have jobs and they need to feed their children. This is a credible non-profit foundation that provides these single mothers with options to poaching and hunting endangered animals. We help recipients buy the chickens, the feed, and the materials needed to build the chicken houses and then we help them build and manage their farms. These chicken farms provide food and create businesses that replace the need to poach and hunt endangered gorillas. For more information, PLEASE visit: www.theslatefoundation.org
